Make sure that before you use the douche, begin with a clean nozzle to avoid the spread of bacteria. Use water that is a little less than lukewarm to avoid burning the mucosal lining. If using an enema solution make sure you see the mixing instructions on the packaging. Lubricate the tip of the douche to make for an easier time inserting the nozzle.

Once finished with this toy, make sure to wash it down with warm soapy water. Alternatively, you could also use any toy cleaner on the market. Store in a warm dry space, or in a toy bag to get the longest life span out of this toy.
